Located in Historic Butchertown, 240 Adams is a community kitchen geared towards food truck owners/operators, catering companies and young hospitality entrepreneurs. Located less than a mile from multiple major interstates, 240 Adams, offers a world of convenience and opportunity.

Owners Noah and Heather Yates know that time management is one of the biggest hurdles when owning a small business. Also owners of the Smok’N Cantina Food Truck, the Yates saw a need for the city and its growing food truck community – a one-stop shop for food trucks! With only a few community kitchens available throughout the city, they struggled to find an affordable space to use for their seasonal line of work.

240 Adams has a large kitchen area with three prep/cooking stations, garbage and recycling disposal, water fill and dump station, commercial dish tank, private storage options, community office space and more. It is that “one-stop shop” that Louisville was missing! There are countless possibilities and the space is improving every day.
